The Neon Wind Vest features a lightweight, stretchable wind/water-resistant fabric at the front with a hidden cam-lock zipper. The three rear pockets at the back are reinforced with tape to secure them to the breathable mesh fabric. The Neon Wind Vest is meant to be like a second-skin or race-fit to eliminate excess material.
