Returns and Refunds Policy

The return of goods is free of charge if returned within 7 business days (courier cost for return of items is waived during this 7 day period). However, the purchaser will be responsible for arranging the courier and incur all courier fees if items are returned after 7 days.

Please ensure that all items are in their original packaging! For returns, especially where non-foldable tyres are concerned, please ensure that these are properly wrapped.

No return on international shipments!

If you are dissatisfied with an item purchased from our website you may return it for a refund, replacement or exchange provided that the conditions of our Refund & Exchange policy have been satisfied.

We will exchange or refund a product provided that:

  • There is valid proof of purchase, i.e. web invoice;
  • It is within 30 days of the original purchase date;
  • It is in its original packaging or condition, i.e the security seal or shrink wrap is intact (if applicable), product is unworn and unused.
  • For hygiene reasons, underwear and used apperal may not be returned or exchanged.

Please note that the cost of couriering the product back to our Webstore shall be incurred by the purchaser (if returned after 7 days from date of delivery).

If you wish to return something that you purchased online at www.exocycles.com because the item you received is either damaged or not what you ordered, please contact us at sales@exocycles.com.

EXOCycles reserves the right to reject returns sent or communicated beyond the return period limit, or items which are not in the same condition in which they were received.

For refunds:

All transactions are processed securely and we do not have access to your credit card information or bank details. Thus, a representative from EXOCycles will contact you for your account details into which a refund can be made. You will receive your refund within 10-14 days, depending on your bank.

All refunds are processed strictly only after confirmation that the funds were received in our bank account.

If the product was used for its intended purpose and design and in accordance with the product's instructions and/or user manual and is found by the customer to be faulty, EXOCycles will liaise with the supplier on behalf of the customer in terms of replacement or repair. Proof of purchase is required. No refunds, repairs or exchanges will be actioned on purchases where the products that have been misused or purposely damaged. There may be a courier cost to have certain products repaired. This cost is for the customer's account and will be quoted upfront. When returning products for repair, please ensure that it is in a hygienic condition
